We managed to finish our visit just before the rain arrived — a real bonus!
It’s been a terrific morning’s work by our team, getting everything ready for the last flushes of colour before the dormant winter season.

It’s also great to see the Property NHS team making progress on the patio area — widening, extending, relaying, and shaping the space beneath the pergola. Once the work is completed and the surface is levelled for improved access and safety, we’ll be able to finalise our grant expenditure on sturdy new seating and a table.
We’ll be returning in November to tidy up the area after the patio work is completed, pruning and trimming ready for winter. Then, in March 2026, we’ll be back to plant new shrubs and add some fresh life to the garden.
