What will happen to all those services that we currently depend on that are delivered by Norse, when the County Council is replaced by two new Unitary Councils, and the Borough Council is replaced by a Town Council. Who will be responsible for what and who will pay for what.
These and many other questions will be answered by the Managing Director of Norse , and it will be very much a questions and answer session with audience participation.
