There is a brand new project being launched by the Northamptonshire police in conjunction with Northamptonshire schools and groups to combat the serious escalation of bullying and violence, called THE BLUE BUTTERFLY PROJECT. One of Northamptonshire’s Community Support Officers is coming along to explain what is being done to try and control what is in itself a crime.
