P C S O Phil Dobson, originally down for the September meeting subsequently cancelled, has agreed to come back to us on the 14th of January to tell us about the launch of the Butterfly Scheme,( a scheme to counteract bullying in our schools ), plus to talk about the gang culture within our society in Wellingborough, and the knives that he has confiscated from young people in Welingborough.
