My aims and objectives for 2024-25 are to
· increase participation and attendance of Hatton Rotarians in all the club’s activities, projects and social events with the objective of encouraging all members to take on responsibilities for club activities not just council members
· review progress towards the club’s goals with the objective of gaining a better understanding of club levels of satisfaction
· provide a quarterly forum for open discussion with the objective of developing new initiatives and reviewing progress in ongoing projects
· plan and lead club council/business meetings ensuring open and frank communication
· seek member input to make sure that their interests and concerns are being addressed
· guide our club towards a progressive future resulting in diversity of its membership
In conclusion as incoming Hatton President, I would seek to achieve my aims and objectives in a fun, friendly and positive way which makes members look forward to all meetings and activities ensuring the future success of our club.
