Six members of the Northamptonshire branch of the British Polio Fellowship took part in the Rotary District Disability Games held in Lincoln. The team entry was sponsored by Wellingborough Hatton. A variety of activities were available both as scoring events for the team and individual sports ranging from table tennis and darts to wheelchair dashes and archery. It was smiles all round when Mike Noble won the Senior Kurling event and Mike Jackson the runner up in the Senior Darts. However, the day was more about fun and fellowship and was enjoyed by all those taking part and the carers and supporters from Wellingborough Hatton who helped make it happen.
