Seven took part in the Waendel Walk on Saturday, including 2 partners. Four walked the 15k route which turned out to be nearer 17 (not that our navigation was that bad but the route was just that long) and 3 walked the 10k route, which was nearer 12. All finished in good order and collected certificates and medals . The weather was perfect for walking. As you can see we went through some great countryside and met many people along the way definitely something you may want to take part in next year.

The Sunday water point at Sywell Country Park was great fun – good fellowship and banter with the walkers who came from many different nations and in great numbers. This was probably the busiest we have seen this check point in the years we have been doing it.
