The Wellingborough Group of Friends of Hft are holding their Annual Themed Event in Orlingbury Village Hall from 7 pm on Saturday 6 February.
Tickets are £10 including supper. This time we are celebrating everything Brazilian – including the 2016 Olympics!
There will be Music, Dance Demonstration, Quiz, and the usual Themed Meal, Raffle and Bar.
For those who wish, they can cheer up the dull winter days with Brazilian or Carnival Dress!
This annual event has had tremendous support from Rotary ever since Wellingborough Hatton Rotary Club was founded, and the group has raised over £100,000 for this tremendous charity.
The monies raised currently go to the HFT schemes in Oxfordshire and Bedfordshire, where residents from Northamptonshire are cared for, to provide supportive personised technology, for example fingerprint-enabled door locks and mattress-based waking alarms, to enable those with learning difficulties to live more secure and enriched lives in a way that we all take for granted.
