Bob Grainger who was the TEAM SKY cycle team Pysio will be giving us a talk on his experiences working with TEAM SKY helping famous cyclists such as Bradley Wiggins.
He currently has his own business which offers a wide range of therapies and will on the evening also explain “What to do if you injure yourself”. Duncan has had first hand experience of Bob’s therapy when he managed to dislocate his shoulder after coming off his mountain bike and can testament to Bob’s immense skills
